我24 号下午买了服务器，想测试下 SS ，结果发现所在地区 GFW 干扰严重
于是24 号夜里就申请退款， 25 号客服回复我：
Hi there -
If you would like a refund you can request one by canceling your account via the "Cancel this Account" link located under the "Account" tab within the Linode Manager.

然后我马上就照做了，但等到昨天也没消息
就往 [email protected] 发了封邮件询问
到现在也没回，钱也没退到我信用卡
另外求助能退款的正确姿势，感谢

According to ticket 5505969, it appears that the refund was processed today. You will need to give it 3 to 5 business days to show up on your bank statement. We're sorry about the delay with this process.

1. 注册一个新的号， 2. 发工单说明情况，然后提供以前账号的信息，说明你需要 refund 3. 坐等。 另外，默认情况下 似乎不会退款你的。 |

我也有十美元在 Linode 帐号里，发了几个 ticket 也不回。然后就懒得要了。
